Notice for the Great Wall of China Marathon 2014

签到时间及地点About the registration：

2014年4月30日上午9:00至晚上8:00

北京神舟国际酒店大堂签到接待处

凭收据或发票领取计时芯片、号码布、纪念T恤衫、线路及各种资料等。

All the runners must come to Shenzhou ( Beijing ) International Hotel for your registration on April 30, 2014 between 9:00am and 8:00pm. You will get the champion chip, number cloth, T-shirt and other materials by the receipt or the invoice.

2014年长城马拉松线路说明会时间及地点About the course explanation meeting

2014年4月30日下午2:00 -4:00

北京神舟国际酒店大会议室

The course explanation would be held at the big meeting room from 2:00pm-4:00pm at Shenzhou( Beijing )International Hotel on April 30,2014.

5月1日时间安排 Schedule on May 1

早上2:30专车将从神舟国际酒店出发，预计5:30到达金山岭停车场。

The buses will depart at 2:30am on May 1, 2014 from Shenzhou( Beijing )International Hotel. It is estimated that the buses will arrive in the park of Jinshanling Great Wall at 5:30am.

跑步从6:00开始，下午4:00结束。之后是颁奖及文艺演出。

The match will begin at 6:00am and finish at 4:00pm. Followed by the prize presentation and the wonderful entertainment party.

约17:00专车离开长城，20:00回到神舟酒店，后解散。

The buses will come back to Shenzhou( Beijing )International Hotel after the race from the Great Walls at about 17:00.It is estimated that the buses would arrive at the hotel at 20:00 in the evening on May 1,2014. And then disband.

注意Notes：

1) 请不要穿cosplay服装参加比赛。

Please DO NOT dress in the cosplay clothes in the running.

2) 5月1日乘车去长城的途中，我们使用高速道路，途中非常不方便上厕所，建议大家在乘车前上洗手间，车上不要喝过多饮料。

Please go to the toilet before you take the bus on May 1,and please do not drink much in the bus on the the way to the Great Wall,because it is difficult to find the toilets on the highway.

3) 5月1日早餐，我们建议大家自备自己需要的食品，我们担心我们的发放的早餐不合你的口味和需求。

We strongly suggest you to bring some breakfast you like by yourself on May 1, because we worry the our breakfast box could not satisfy your taste and your need.

4) 参加全程马拉松的运动员，我们建议你们携带你们需要的运动营养补品。

We suggest the full marathon runners to bring some sports drinks and sports food with you.

5）在比赛完毕后，想立即回到北京市内的参赛者，请你在向我们提交网上报名表或者本表格时，向我们提出。

If you need to go back to downtown Beijing right after the race, please write to us when you submit your Online Application or the application form..
