the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2014.
How about your training for the race?
In order to help more worldwide runners
to finish the race within 10 hours,especially for the full marathon
runners,Mr.Mosi Smith has made the workout plan for the
worldwide runners.
There are two types of the workout
plan:Basi and Intermediate.The plan is desiged for the runners to
train from the end of this year.
We think it is applicable for almost
every runners who will run the Great Wall of China Marathon on May
1,2014.
The reason we mention about this is
because Mr.Mosi Smith is not just a very capable runner,but also a
very experienced coach in the USA.He inspected and helped to measure
the course for the Great Wall of China Marathon.He and his team
would play a very active role for the developement of Great Wall of
China Marathon in the years to come.
