First German Runner Applied Today to Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2014(November 9,2013) Mr.Volker Richard Asmus is the first runner from Germany who applied this evening to run the Great Wall of China Marathon to be held on May 1,2014. This is a webpage in German that you could see the official website of Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2014 in Beijing. http://www.planet-marathon.de/marathon_welt.html This is the best result of Mr.Volker Richard Asmus: Philadelphia Marathon, November 2012, 5:31 We think that Mr.Asmus could finish the full marathon on May 1,2014 in about 7 hours,even though the time limit is 10 hours for the full marathon runner for the first time. Mr.Asmus works in Suzhou,one of the most beautiful cities in China,that you could see several seconds about the city we filmed in July 2013 for the Promotion Video of the Great Wall of China Marathon 2014. But today Mr.Asmus made the application from the USA during his trip. On May 1,2009,Mr.Lukas Helbig,a runner from Germany,won the champion at men full marathon at the Great Wall of China Marathon.He ran as wind on the Great Walls. Well,it is weekend,it is not just Mr.Asmus who made the application,but all the other runners from all over the world,such as Mr.Li Yuman who contacted us from Japan very early this morning.
