As for the hotel reservation,it is become more convenient for the worldwide runners to get your rooms to be booked online. Here,we give the very kind reminder for the worldwide runners who will run the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2014. The start time of the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2014 is at 6:00AM Beijing Time. This is the first time that we held the race in such early time,so according to the real situation that we would start our buses with all the runners at 2:00AM and 2:30AM from our official hotel:Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel. If you have not been to Beijing before,you might read that there are thousands of hotels in Beijing and you can take a taxi to Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel in advance for catching the departure bus. The real situation is that Beijing is real so big a city,and from one side to another side,it would take you in the taxi for more than 1 hours in downtown,if your hotel is in the Suburb of Beijing,it would take you about 2 hours. This distance of your hotel choice would mean that you would spend about 100 or 200 or more RMB,that is 15USD or more than 30USD for taxi. And we are very kind to remind you that if your hotel is not in the downtown,or even in the downtown,it would be difficult to get the taxi at once as soon as you get to the gate of your hotel at 1:30AM or 2:00AM.If you cannot come to catch iur departure buses,you would miss the race. You might get the idea and say that then you book the hotel at the center of Beijing such as Tiananmen Square area,and if you go to search the hotel price offer there,you would see that the hotel room could be 200USD or more than this for a night.It is easy for you to take taxi,but the hotel room becomes quite high.
