The Power of Sports Russia(February 27,2014) The Sochi Winter Olympic showed the world the power of Sports Russia.The Sochii spirt is encouraging the Russian people to take the active role at the world sports arenas. The Great Wall of China Marathon(GWCM) is hosted by Chinese people from more than 10 years ago even till today,so we can very obviously see that the Russian runners are coming,and they are taking the very active action in the application of the running on May 1,2014 and its optional sightseeing tours. At our news yesterday,we mentioned that the German runner was the first applicant yesterday,and today,we would like to tell you that it is the Russian runner who ended today with the application. Just about one hour before the end of today,we received an email from a Russian lady,she said that she had just made the application fee payment and show us the 198USD payment slip in the attachment. She also used our Online Application below here: http://www.greatwallmarathon.com.cn/application2014.htm And she made the payment to our bank account at Bank of China. Her name is Ekaterina Lanshakova,she is just 24 years old,and she would run the half marathon. We have never known Miss.Ekaterina Lanshakova more than 2 hours ago,but she suddenly joined the Great Wall of China Marathon to be held on May 1,2014.We have seen the power of Russian sports and we have seen the Sochii spirit. Thank you Ekaterina,and thank you all the worldwide runners who are very warmly applying every day,thank you so much,all your families and friends,too.
