Please tell us whether you would attend the Explanation Meeting on April 30.(April 7,2014) In the past years,we hold explanation meeting about the Great Wall of China Marathon only once,it is from 14:00 to 16:00 on April 30 at the big meeting room at Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel. And this year,and from today we officially announce that we would hold the Explanation Meeting twice at the newly-completed much more bigger meeting room at the hotel.It is on the 10th floor.The first one is from 12:00 to 14:00,and the second one is from 15:00-17:00. We hope all the participants to write email to us and tell us which of the two explanation meetings you would like to attend: the first one or the second one. We suggest all the runners who would live at the hotel by the side of the Great Wall Jinshan Hotel on April 30 to come to attend the first Explanation Meeting.Afterwards,at 14:30,you can take our buses from Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel to Jinshan Hotel.The other runners who would not go to Jinshan Hotel can also attend this first session of the Explanation Meeting. Therefore,we suggest the runners at Jinshan Hotel could come for the registration from 10am or from 11am at the Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel..After that ,you can have your lunch.There is a restaurant inside the hotel,which is on the right side of the Lobby.Then you come back for the Meeting. Everyone are welcome to apply to run the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2014.It is all right even if it is your first time marathon.And if you apply from now till the end of this month,you could also get a the hotel room free of charge on April 30 at Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel or at Jinshan Hotel.
