Notice No.3: Our Suggestion for Full Marathon Runner(April 10,2014) An runner told us that he lost 5kg(11 pounds) after finish running the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2013 with about 8 hours for the full marathon. This year,we will also have the most full marathon runners running on the Great Walls for 40KM.The amount of the full marathon runners are over 60%. This is the most difficult marathon in China,imagine that you might have your shape changed after the race.According to our experience,if your full marathon time on the flat road is over 6 hours,we strongly suggest you to change to run the half marathon. And our deadline for this change is April 25,2014. If your result is within 6 hours,you can challenge the full marathon,and get this in mind that it would take you about 10-hour run on the Great Walls.
