All Our Runners Will Be Treated as VIP(March 23, 2009) First we would like to show you all an email we got from an American less than 24 hours ago,we will reply the email soon and we promise the world runners and the particpants that you all will be best treated as VIP when you come to the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2009 to be organized by very friendly Chinese people.The email reply will also be appeared  here two hours from now! ~~~ Good Afternoon! I have been following the news of the Great Wall of China Marathon very closely ever since hear about your 2008 marathon just a mere week after it was run...I am an American runner currently living in Macau and my passion for running is driven by doing amazing runs like the GWCM certainly is! I was hoping I could have a few minutes of yoru time and ask a few questions and hopefully register for the 2009 GWCM? :) 1 - Most important question, is it too late to register? 2 - If not (and hopefully it's not too late!) Should I register using the: Ticket webpage - http://www.greatwallmarathon.com.cn/gwcm2009/ticket.htm or the other webpage? - http://www.greatwallmarathon.com.cn/application2009.htm 3 - Would it be possible to learn a little more about the course (a rough map and or elevation guide would be terrific, but I will take anything of course! :) ) 4 - I'm a little unclear on the hotel situation for April 30th, does that come with the 188USD registration? If not, which hotel should I book at for the race? 5 - Thank you! No 5th question, just a thanks for putting on what looks to be a heck of a great and fun race and really hope I can still join you here in just over a month!
