When President Obama was accepting the Nobel Price at Oslo Norway, Mr.Owve Francisco Toriz in USA finished the Online Application, the bank remittance and the confirmation for the participation of Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2010 !

As most American people, Mr.Toriz from Florida is also an person with open personality. When talking about his sports life, he said,

"I was more of a speed runner than a distance runner. Now I am not running, I am snowboarding in the mountains of Colorado. I am in good shape, I can run 15 miles without a problem, I stopped running competition because of injury 10 years ago. It feels that it has completely recovered. I now just run for fun, I will start training for the marathon in in January."

He always liked speed more that distance, now he is 39 years old, we believe Mr.Toriz and all the other world excellent runners would have a very very wonderful time on the Great Walls in Beijing and an very very exciting time at the evening celebration party in Beijing on May 1, 2010.
