About Invitation Letters to some Participants(April 4,2011) Today we sent an invitation letter to Mr.Stephen Scola for his visa application to China. Mr.Stephen Scola kept a very good contact with us and he booked the airtickets to Beijing on March 13,and he booked the hotel in Beijing in late March.And we have all seen the booking receipts. We had never asked him to show us the receipts,but he showed us timely.We helped him to write a very kind letter to Chinese Embassy.We 100% believe Mr.Stephen Scola will soon get the visa to China. These days,we also received some letters asking us to pay their air tickets to Beijing,to pay their hotels in Beijing,and asked as to sent the invitation.We feel very difficult to do these.We hope you can understand these. It is good if you could tell us about your requirement/hope three months before,so that we would do everything so well for you in advance.If you are in the urgent,we suggest you go to the Chinese Embassy directly and talk about you truely feelings there,all your worry would be best solved.
