On April 30 would become the peak for most runners for the registration and for the explanation meeting about the race courses on the Great Walls. First,here is the address for the registration and for the explanation meeting. The best way and the most effective way for you in Beijing is that you come for the registration on April 30,2012.Also only on this day,you can get the champion chips,too. We start to accept your registration from 9AM to 8PM.And if your airplane is after 8PM,please let us know by the following email and we wait for you. The best time of April 30 is that if you could come to the hotel at 1pm or 1:30pm,you can get your best seats in the meeting room at the hotel. On this day,we have our staff to lead you to the meeting rooms. We will show you the slides and explain the courses for 5km,10km,half and full marathon carefully for you.And you would be given the champion chips at the meetings,the company which provides the Champion Chip service for Beijing Marathon also provides the champion chip service for Great Wall of China Marathon,their staff will explain how to use the champion chip. Of course,you would get the GWCM2012 T-shirts,GWCM2012 number cloth,GWCM2012 brochure and other materials. If you have anything unclear,you can ask the questions,we would answer you. We also sell the shower ticket before and after the mettings,it is 38RMB,if you want,you can buy.With the ticket,you can take the shower near the office area after you finish your running on the Great Walls.The shower open from 10AM to 4PM. Our buses with our runners/participants will depart from the hotel in the early morning on May 1,2012.The departure time is 5AM. If you need to have breakfast,we suggest you come at 4AM,we will have the detail announcement about the breakfast some time next week.
