Our Work for Great Wall
of China Marathon on May 1,2013(May 7,2012)
In order to best serve more worldwide runners,we will make the huge
change in our work towards the Great Wall of China Marathon to be
held on May 1,2013.
1.About the Race:
1)We are going to change the course on the Great Walls at
Jinshanling and its extended Great Walls in Beijing.
2)We are going to use the memorial stamps to mark that you have
reached the proper check points.
3)We are going to offer the free transportation for every
runners between the START/FINISH point to the parking lots
within the Great Walls areas.
2.Registration
1)Registration would be held at Shenzhou(Beijing) International
Hotel from 9AM to 8PM on April 30,2013.The explanation meeting about
the course map would be held from 2PM to 4PM the same day.
2)You will get your champion chip when you come for the
registartion at the hotel on April 30,2013.
3)You need to inform us early if you hope to change your
running distance.We will not accept the application and
distance change on April 30 and May 1,2013.
4)Your bus number in the early morning on May 1,2013 would be
informed at the registration on April 30,2013.
3.Medical and Safety
1)A Medical Ambulance bus would be parking at the Start/Finish
point.
2)Medical doctors would be allocated at some parts of the Great
Walls.
3)We do not encourage the runners to run with the water bottle in
your hand,we will offer the paper cup water for you on the race
course.
4.Other New Service:
1)We offer bookings for you for the hotel on April 30,2013 near the
Start/Finish point on the Great Walls.It is 29USD a bed.Two runners
share a standard room.Only 60 Standard rooms available.
2)We also offer the hotel bookings for you at Shenzhou
(Beijing)International Hotel in downtown Beijing.It is 90USD a
standard room,45USD a bed.
5.In the past week after the Great Wall of China Marathon on May
1,2012.We held many talks with the top leaders of the Great
Walls,the worldwide travel services which collect runners for
us,parts of the worldwide runners,our working staff,the volunteer
leaders.We all agree that the largest manpower ever would be
increased for the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2013.Any
runners who want to run the Great Walls of China Marathon 2013 again
can get a free entry after our evaluation.
