I am very interested in taking part in the Great Wall Marathon, in either 2013 or 2014. Can you please help with some additional information, as follows: 1. On an early research into the visa application process, there seems to be a requirement for a letter of invitation from the host country. As I do not know anyone in China, how can I get this letter of invitation? 2. Can you please confirm the fees for option 1 and option 2 if I choose to delay my trip by one year?  So, instead of taking part in May 2013, I will take part in May 2014.  What are the fees for Option 1 & 2 please?
