An American Runner from Chairman Mao's Hometwon(Dec.22,2012) Chairman Mao Zedong was the founder of the Peoples Republic of China in 1949. Mao was born at Shaoshan Xiangtan Hunan Province.Not far away from Shaoshan is the Changsha city,where Mao Zedong's trace can be much found. Among our new runners today,we are very happy to let you know that Miss.Katherine Cape applied to run the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2013. This is a city that banks are not as much as those in Shanghai and Beijing,so Miss.Katherine Cape was provided with the extra note of Postal Savings Bank of China in case that the language exchange might have the problem at any convenient post office in Changsha.
