Suggestion for Reading the SD Cards(June 24,2014) We are very happy that from last week till this week,all our worldwide runners begin to receive the DATA DVDs and SD cards. For the runners who live in China,we sent the 9-disc DATA DVD,for the runners not in China,we sent the SD cards. Two runners gave us the feedback that they cannot read the SD cards,we would like to offer our suggestion here: First,all these files can only be read by computer. Second never format them,otherwise all the files would be erased. We made the files in two types to all the world wide runners. If your files are zipped,they would be appeared as .rar file,then unzip them,all the files would come out. If your files are in the folder,please just click the folder,and open then,you would be able to read them. Almost all the files are in the very high resolution for photos and very high definition for the video clips. And computer produced more than three years ago might not be able to read the files,especially the video files. As for the photos,please use the photoshop or other photo-reading softwares.The photos are JPG format. As for the videos,please download GOM PLAYER to play all the videos,because we feel that the GOM PLAYER can read all the video files very smoothly in the good computer.The video are in MP4 format Otherwise,you might not be able to read your files.If you have further questions that you could not read the files,please ask your local computer expert,they can help you to solve the problem as soon as they know the type of your computer. We are now also uploading all the photos and videos online,the total size are over 37GB,it is quite huge,and it would take us about one month to upload to the free space we are useing that is Dropbox and One Drive,and we will open all the links in the end of July.So all the files could be downloaded from them.
