From Frankfurt to Beijing for the Roof of the World Marathon 2015(November 5,2014) Michael is a German,he is the first one who applied and paid in June to run the Roof of the World Marathon 2015. Today he bought the flights tickets.He would arrive in Beijing on April 30,2015 from Frankfurt,and fly back to Frankfurt from Beijing on May 10,2015. We have already booked the hotel for him at Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel,an official hotel for the registartion of all the runners who will run the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015. We would also go to fetch him and see him off at Beijing Capital International Airport according to his flight schedules. Where is the place for the 2nd Roof of the World Marathon 2015?It is in Tibet China.It is is the southwest Beijing.We would fly from Beijing to Lhasa there,Lhasa is the capital of Tibet Autonomous Region.And our flights would take off from Beijing at around 7:20AM and arrive in Lhasa at about 3PM in the afternoon Beijing Time on May 2,2015.So we will fly half of China. Going to Tibet is not the same as you can visit in any other places in China.Special Permission is needed.And we normally need the passport copies of the runners about one month early for the permit. Michael would fly together with other runners from USA and from Australia(up till the application this time) to run the Roof of the World Marathon 2015. And on May 6,Michael would run the half marathon,and on May 8,Michael would run the full marathon.On May 9,we all would fly back to Beijing.Some of our runners would fly from Lhasa for other Chinese cities to continue for their visit in China. Below are our Online Applications for the 14th Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015 and the 2nd Roof of the World Marathon starting from May 2,2015,We welcome you to apply one of them or both of them.Both marathon races are the same organizer.
