Great Wall of China Marathon 2015

To Run Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015 from Zero Experience(November 22,2014) Xiao Ai has decided to run Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015. He has never run any marathon,wherever he goes every day,he always take car or use other transportation. He feels that his health is not as good as before.It takes him quite a long time to make up his mind to have the daily running. On Novemeber 19,he made his first step.He only ran 800 metres.He ran up to a mountain. Xiao Ai said the he felt very tired after the first 50 metres.The next day he felt that his two thighs were very painful and heavy. Up till today,he has run for 4 days continiously.He said when he could not run,he just walk,the longest distance is 3km. "The biggest difficulties lying before me is that whether I could continue the daily training till the end of April 2015",he said. We will pay much attention to him,and give the encouragement to him.We think he could become one of the strong runners in 160 days at the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015.
