Meeting Room for 500-800 Runners of Great Wall of China Marathon 2015(January 22,2015) In the past 13 years,we only set one day for holding the Explanation Meeting for all the runners who attended the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,that was on April 30. For Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015,we for the first time set 2 days for our runners for the meetings and for getting their race bags,etc.That is on April 29 and April 30,2015 at the official 4-star Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel. But it is still possible that most runners would come on April 30,2015. Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel dose not have the meeting room that could held the runners of 500 to 800 together for the meeting together. And from early March 2015,we will do the calculation,and contact all the runners directly to ask our runners which day they prefer to come to get their race bags and also for the explanation meeting. If over 500 runners say they would like to come on April 30,2015,then we would rent the meeting room that could hold 500-800 runners for the meeting at the same time. And the meeting room would be at Beijing Dancing Academy,about 300 meters west of Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel or the meeting room at Minzu University of China,about 300 meters north of Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel. The south side of Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel is China National Library,there is a subway station there. Below are the Applications for the 14th Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015 and the 2nd Roof of the World Marathon starting from May 2,2015 and the Great Wall of China Marathon 2015 Tours.We welcome you to apply one of them or both of them or three of them.We are the Chinese top organizer for both of the races.
