The Application Deadline for the Roof of the World Marathon 2015 and for the runners to Tibet(March 1,2015) The Roof of the World Marathon 2015 would be held on May 6 and May 8,2015 in Tibet China.However,the deadline for the application is on March 31,2015. Because entering Tibet is not like that you enter China so freely.It would take us about one month to get the special permits to Tibet. It is also the same for the runners who would just go to visit Tibet after the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015. To be more exactly,it would take two weeks to for the Chinese government to ratify your permits to Tibet,and before this two weeks,your passport and visa copies are needed to send to Tibet in advance. We even begin to collect the passort and visa copies of our runners to Tibet from March 2015,and we will see if your documents are right or not. We suggest all the runners who would go to Tibet should apply the L Visa,that is tourist visa.And if your visa is not L visa,you would be required to offer the additional documents,for example,if you work in China,you need to ask your company to issue a working certificate to you,and send to us. Below are the Applications for the 14th Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015 and the 2nd Roof of the World Marathon starting from May 2,2015 and the Great Wall of China Marathon 2015 Tours. You are also welcome to apply to run the Great Wall of China Marathon to be held on May 1,2016,if you are the runners that you feel that you could not come for the race this year. We welcome you to apply any of them.We are the Chinese top organizer for both of the races.
