Welcome the World elite Runners to the three Unique marathon races in China(July 26,2015) When we mention about China,you might have the different images about the whole China,because we reach the top news media in USA,in Europe and in Asia every day with our own methods,not just through the media of China. As the Chinese,we compare what western media is saying about China every day,and what Chinese are doing in China every day,we would like to say that China is still changing very rapidly every day.For this change in China,we can describe in one word,that is FASCINATING! We are the top organizer of Great Wall of China Marathon(GWCM) to be held on May 1 every year in the past 15 years,and in the latest 5 years,an overseas runner applied to run the Great Wall of China Marathon every year on May 1,he could feel the very obvious change of Beijing and China every time he comes for the marathon on the Great Walls.And this month,he even resigned his work in his country,and he would devote all his life to help us for the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1!He is from the most advanced economic country in the world today! The link is here: http://www.greatwallmarathon.com.cn/application2016.htm We are the top organizer of the Roof of the World Marathon(ROWM) to be held right after the Great Wall of China Marathon.The ROWM is held in Tibet,it is the marathon with the highest altitude in the world.The participants this year saw their GARMIN before the start,it is 5213 meters(17,098 feet) above the seas level. At the Roof of the World Marathon 2015,two miracle were created: 1)The first woman runner from Mexico complete the full marathon at 7 hours 7 minutes. 2)The German runner made the best ROWM result,it is 6 hours 40 minutes! Unlike the other marathon races which require only one day,the Roof of the World Marathon requires you to spend the 8 days in Tibet for it. On May 2,2016,all the runners with the Chinese government official permit,then we can fly together from Beijing to Lhasa Tibet for the race.We would stay in Lhasa 4 nights for high altitude acclimatization by visiting the Potala Place,and exercise at the summer palace of Dalai Lama,etc. On May 6,we would have the first race for the 10K and/or the half marathon at the altitude of 4400 meters(14,432 feet),and overnight at the highest hotspring hotel in the world.We stay there for two nights,and it would be the best chance again for us to experience the very local Tibetan food and Tibetan culture.We all runners get the fully relaxed there. The scenery there is so nice,and all around us are the snow-capped mountains,and there are also no people on the very straight country road,and on May 7 this year,some of us walked out for training,a very kind old Tibet stopped his car by us and invited us to get into his car,and he would like to drive us to where we want to go.We told him that we just walk for the 5k on the road.:) So many nice stories about the very nice Tibertan people,it is very difficut to put them in a small nut shell. On May 8,2016,the Roof of the World Marathon takes place from the snow mountain to the very beautiful lake side. The champion of the Roof of the World Marathon for men is from Germany.He is Micheal Weigt,he made the application on July 2014,he got the enough time for training and for preparation in Germany for the best result this year! We are the top organizer of Guilin Marathon(GM),which would take place on Sunday October 11,2015 this year.Unlike the previous two marathon races,Guilin Marathon is the one which you would not have the most difficult running that you need for the long-time training and preparation.It is unique because it would be held along the pricturesque Li River and its nearby mountains.
