The Course Maps of Great Wall of China Marathon 2016(April 6,2016) The first is the one for 5K runners.START-T2-FINISH
The second is the one for 10K runners.START-T5-FINISH
The third is the one for half marathon runners.START-T10-START-T5-FINISH
The fourth is the one for full marathon runners.START-T10-START-T10-START-T10-FINISH
T in the maps represent TOWER. The START and FINISH are at the same place in the square. It is 667 metres(2188.3 feet) above the sea level.And the highest point is T5,it is 1218 metres(3996.1 feet)above the sea level.And T10 is 775 metres(2542.6ft) The full marathon runners would run over 15000 steps this year.So keep on your stair-running is still very important for full and half marathon runners. And the time limit for the 15th Great Wall of China Marathon on May 12016 is till the 10 hours.According to our experience in the past few years,our start time would be around 7am or 7:30am and end at 5pm or 5:30pm. In the past 14 years,we have been running at Jinshanling Great Wall,and this year,we move to have the 15th Great Wall of China Marathon at Badaling Ancient Great Wall.We are the only and the first one to give the whole world the exact info about the Great Wall here,and all the info you could see in any foreign languages and Chinese language are not complete.We would explain much at the Course Explanation Meeting on April 30,2016. We are the founder and the top organizer and the race director of the four unique marathon races in China.And we also welcome you to apply one of them.
