A Secret Training Method to be the Champion in China and Japan(June 18,2016) If you have been paying attention to the Great Wall of China Marathon to be held on May 1st every year,you might notice that the Champion of the full marathon for men in 2015 and 2016 are Japanese runners,and even the full marathon winner for women on May 1st this year is also the Japanese runner. What is the secret of their daily training? Would you like to join us to fly from Beijing to Tokyo or Osaka to participate one of their training programs from the end of December 2016? It is a group of very strong Japanese runners who run from Osaka to Tokyo,and it roughly takes about one week,and every day the runners run over 60KM to less or around 70KM,and at the New Year of 2017,the runners would be arriving in Tokyo. If you would like to join this program,you can just apply the visa to Japan,and then you can fly to Beijing without visa first before the running,and in Beijing you can have a look/warm up on the Great Wall,and you can have some sightseeing, such as the Forbidden City,you should be staying in Beijing for less than 72 hours wthout visa.In this way,you can have your Christmas in Beijing China and then have the New Year 2017 in Japan.
