Mr.Tadeusz Szewczak was the first runner from Poland to the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1st,2010.It was more than 7 years ago,and Mr.Szewczak was 55 years old taht year.He won the No.2 among all the marathoners with the result at 6:07:35. We were very proud to see the National Flag of Poland held by Mr.Tadeusz Szewczak flying high on the Great Wall of China that day.
The above is a screenshot of Mr.Szewczak at the evening entertainment party in Beijing on May 1st,2010. One thing that we have not told the whole world is that his suggestion deeply affect the our work.Mr.Szewczak worked in Zhejiang Province in China,and our overseas bank account was open in Osaka Japan from the first Great Wall of China Marathon.He suggested that we should have the Chinese bank account,so that he could feel easy to make the payment in Chinese currency in China. We officially have had our first Chinese bank account in China for all our runners ever since after his suggestion. And today,Mr.Miroslaw told us that he would like to register for his wife and his two children to run the 16th Great Wall of China Marathon to be held on May 1st,2017.He told us that the registration page at ACTIVE.COM could not allow him to add more than one spectator.Ad it is today,we revised our registration page there,and it would be very convenient now for our world runners to add as many as three spectators and as many as two child runners when you register at the very friendly registration page of the Great Wall of China Marathon at the world well-known ACTIVE.COM.
Some runners would even like to run the Roof of the World Marathon 2017 in Tibet,and we are also the founder and the race director,it is us that who have created and realized the first marathon in the history of Tibet with our greatest runners.So late October 2016,we have also opened up the registration at ACTIVE.COM,so that our world runners can easily register and experience the unique marathon with the highest altitude in the world today in mysterious Tibet,where we would get the special permit from our government, and fly from Beijing to Lhasa.It is the next day right after the 16th Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1st 2017.
