More US Runners will come to the Great Wall of China Marathon 2023-Autumn and the 23rd Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1st,2024 and the Roof of the World Marathon from May 2nd,2024!(June 19,2023) US Secretary Blinken arrived in Beijing at 7:30AM June 18,2023,and now he is at the Great Hall of the People to meet Chinese President.The meeting started from 4:30PM today. Among the talks up till this morning,two of the points are very striking for us,that is,US and China agreed to increase the flights between two countries and also both countries agreed to increase the personal exchanges.This will make runners from USA much much more easier to come to China with the more convenient flights! As you know,before the pandemic, at the 18th Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1st,2019 in Beijing, the runners from USA became the second largest number of the overseas runners,just right after Japan. At the 22nd Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1st,2023 in Beijing,the runners from US accounted 1/3 of all the runners from 23 countries!
